Ginger is a two to three year old pit bull mix. She came from a high kill shelter in Virginia. Ginger has a beautiful red and tan roan coat with gorgeous amber eyes...her pictures do not do her justice. When she is focused on something, one ear stands straight up and the other flops over. Ginger LOVES people. She is a playful mush. She likes to cuddle...she climbs in her foster mom's lap like she's a 45 pound lap dog. She walks nicely on a leash and knows basic commands. She takes treats gently. Ginger loves stuffed toys. She doesnt tear them up - she holds them in her mouth like her security blanket. Ginger needs a home with previous dog experience, preferably with bully breeds. She also needs to be the only dog in the home. Ginger is a wonderful girl and deserves to find a loving forever home.
